This Agreement provides you with the
terms and conditions of service (TOS) governing the use of Woolf Digital
Media services. By employing us, you ("You" or "Client")
are indicating your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and disclaimers
set forth in this document and the documents incorporated by reference
herein, (collectively, the "Agreement").

1. We are not responsible for the content of any home page. The Client is responsible for the views expressed on each page; it is not our responsibility. We reserve the right to review any web pages before they appear and, if deemed inappropriate, not post the said home page on the site.
2. Some possible infringements on a web site that may cause deletion of the said web site, include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal or unethical business practices or services.
- Material that includes clear expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred.
- The promotion of illegal activity.
- Material that defames, abuses, or threatens others.
- Material inconsistent with our values.
3. All information that is provided to us by a Client is held in strict confidence. We will not release the name or personal information about a Client without the permission of the Client.
4. The Client agrees that he/she is using the site entirely at his/her own risk. The content on the site is not our responsibility.
5. We provide the design on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind-expressed or implied. Therefore, neither us nor a third-party content provider, if used, may make any warranty with respect to content, information, products, and/or services provided through or in conjunction with the site:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information on the site and am not responsible for: Errors or omissions arising from the use of such information.
- Failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained within the site.
- Losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided on the site. The Client agrees to hold us blameless against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising from the Client's use of the site. This includes any invalid or unlawful material contained within the Client's web pages. It is the Client's responsibility for any and all liabilities arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
6. We may terminate web pages, any and all information, communications, postings, and such at any time, without notification, when conduct violates this agreement or other policies or guidelines set by us.
1. We may add or delete services at any
time.
2. All the Terms and Conditions of Service constitute
the entire Agreement between the involved parties with respect to the
Client.
3. The subject matter contained herein supersedes any
other Agreement, proposal, and communications, written or oral, between
ourselves and the Client. It is our right to amend this agreement at any
time with notice to the Client as published on the site.
4. By using our services you agree with and accept these
